Do you provide SLA (Service Level Agreements)?

  • SLA will be provided for enterprise customers with long-term commitments. All customers however, will get technical support and should expect to hear back from us shortly and also a 99% uptime (with scheduled maintenance). FYI, we have had 99.9999% up time (two incidents in past three years to be accurate).
