I can’t see the results during testing when I hit the "Share" button, what should I do?

Couple of suggestions:

1. Upgrade your browser and uninstall any plugin or apps. Also, test from a different location.
2. Please send us the browser JavaScript Console log. To show the console log in most browsers, press F12 (or CMD+Option+J in Mac) to show the developer tools. Start a test and when it's finished click on "Share". Then click on 'Console' tab and send us its contents.
