Why am I not seeing the usual test page? Nothing happens when I click on “Start Test” button.

  1. The first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. To clear cache and cookies in most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). You can also search your browser's Help menu for instructions on how to "clear cache". If you're unsure what browser version you're using, from the Help menu or your browser's menu, select About [browser name]. In Internet Explorer and Firefox, if you don't see the menu bar, press Alt.
  2. If issue persists, temporarily disable any add-ons, Ad-blocker, or firewall and run the test again.
  3. If you still experience the same issue, please send us your browser JavaScript console log.
